Ingredients:
- meat-1/2, cleaned,washed and drained
- Spinach-6 cups, washed and chopped
- onions-2 medium, sliced
- salt- 1 tsp
- red pepper powder-1 tsp
- turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
- ginger-garlic paste-1 1/2 tsp
- oil
- Mix all the ingredients except the Spinach and pressure cook until the meat gets tender and soft.
- When the pressure settles, remove the lid and turn up the stove to a high and cook the meat till all the liquid dries up.
- At this point add the washed spinach and let cook until the leaves get wilted.
- While the heat is still high, keep stirring carefully until the meat and the Spinach blend well while the pieces of meat are still intact.
- Turn the heat to the slow, cook for 10 minutes.Palak Goshat ready.
