Ingredients:
3 Eggs
1 and 1/2 Cup of Milk
3/4 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Sugar
5-8 Cardamon (Ilaichi)
4 Slices of Bread
How to make:
Break the slices of bread into pieces, then add milk and sugar and stir until bread and sugar dissolved.
Add oil, eggs and cardamon.
Cook on medium flame for 30- 40 mins or until light brown.
Stir continously so it doesnt get burnt. When readily cooked, oil will collect on sides, drain all the extra oil.
Garnish with nuts of your choice and serve warm.
