Ingredients:
- Mutton minces 500 gm
- Green peas 1 cup
- Onions 2 chopped
- Garlic & Ginger 1 tsp
- Tomato 2 chopped
- Green chilies 4.
- Salt 1 tsp or as your taste
- Red chili powder 1 tsp or as your taste.
- Turmeric powder ¼ tsp
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp.
- Coriander Leaves 1/2 cup
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
- Oil half cup
Method:
- Clean, wash and drain the
mutton mince thoroughly.
- Heat oil in a thick bottomed
pan and add the chopped onion.
- Fry till lightly browned.
- Add garlic, ginger and all
spices and stir-fry for a minute.
- Add mutton mince and peas and
Stir-fry for five minutes breaking up any lump if formed.
- Add ¾ cup of water, bring to
a boil.
- Cover, lower the heat and cooked
for half an hour till the water dry.
- Add chopped coriander leaves
and now leave it for dum for about 10 minutes or when the
mixture leaves oil.
