Ingredients
2 Apples
1 beaten egg
2 Egg yolks
50g castor sugar
100ml cream
2 table spoon Plain flour
Ingredient for pastry:
100g Butter
65g plain flour
1 egg yolk
2 table spoon icing sugar
Cold water
How to make:
Rub butter with plain flour and icing sugar till mixture look like fine breadcrumbs.
Make dough with egg yolk cold water and mixture. Knead till smooth.
Roll out to line deep 8” loose bottom flat tin and freeze for half hour.
Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C
Take out the pastry from case and cool.
Peel of the apples and cut it in small pieces.
Put these pieces in pastry case.
Mix the beaten egg, caster sugar and blend till it become smooth and thick.
Then beat it in plain flour and in cream, pour all in pastry case.
And bake for 45 minutes at 190°C
