Ingredients:
1 tsp Red Chili Powder or as your taste
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1/2 kg Rice washed and soaked for 30 minutes.
1/2 kg Chicken washed and cut in pieces
1 cup cooking Oil
2 medium sized Onion chopped
1/2 kg Chicken washed and cut in pieces
1 cup cooking Oil
2 medium sized Onion chopped
2 tsp Garlic & Ginger
2 Tomatoes chopped
Black Pepper
2 tsp Salt or as your taste
2 tsp Salt or as your taste
1 tsp Red Chili Powder or as your taste
2 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder
Method:
1. Heat
the oil and fry onions till brown.
2. Add
the tomatoes, garlic, ginger and the whole spices and then add chicken and let
it brown.
3. Add
water, cover and cook till chicken is tender.
4. Add
4 glass water n boil it.
5. Then
Add rice and dry the water. Cover with a tight fitting lid, reduce heat to very
low and cook for another 10-15 minutes

Chicken Pulao is ready to serve, serve
with Raita.
