Ingredients:
- 1 cup Gram (besan)
- 4 cups Yogurt
- Salt
- Red Chili powder
- Black pepper powder
- Backing Powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1 Onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 2 green chilies chopped
- Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
- Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
- Oil- to deep fry
Methods:
- Take a bowl n add besan, small amount of salt, red chili powder & baking powder n add water n make a thick mixture for bhallas.
- Heat sufficient oil in a deep fry pan. Keep the flame to medium low. Drop mixture in tablespoon, to pour in the oil carefully and fry until light golden.
- Drain onto absorbent paper. These are called "Bhalla's".
- In a bowl, whisk yogurt well with some salt, black pepper, cumin powder, chopped onion, Tomato, green chili & Bhallas. Keep serving bowl ready.
- Sprinkle some Chat masala powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves on the top.
- Dahi Bhalla Chat ready Enjoy.
