Dahi Bhalla Chaat



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Gram (besan)
  • 4 cups Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Red Chili powder
  • Black pepper powder
  • Backing Powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 2 green chilies chopped
  • Fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Fresh mint leaves finely chopped
  • Oil- to deep fry
Methods:

  1. Take a bowl n add besan, small amount of salt, red chili powder & baking powder n add water n make a thick mixture for bhallas.
  2.  Heat sufficient oil in a deep fry pan. Keep the flame to medium low. Drop mixture in tablespoon, to pour in the oil carefully and fry until light golden.
  3.  Drain onto absorbent paper. These are called "Bhalla's".
  4.  In a bowl, whisk yogurt well with some salt, black pepper, cumin powder, chopped onion, Tomato, green chili & Bhallas. Keep serving bowl ready.
  5. Sprinkle some Chat masala powder, chopped coriander and mint leaves on the top.
  6. Dahi Bhalla Chat ready Enjoy.
