Chicken Tikka

Ingredients:
·        6 Chicken breasts, cut into Cubes
·        1 cup natural yogurt
·        1 Tsp red chili powder
·        1 tsp Salt or as your taste
·        1 tsp ground turmeric
·        1 tsp ground coriander
·        1 tbsp ground cumin
·        1 lemon Juice
·        1 tsp garlic & ginger (paste or powder)

Method:
1.      Mix the spices, lemon juice, and ginger and garlic into the yogurt.
2.      Marinate the chicken in the yogurt for 2-3 hours.
3.      Preheat the oven to its highest heat for at least 15 to 20 minutes.
4.      Cook for 15-20 minutes and check the chicken is cooked by piercing the thickest piece with a skewer, if the juices run clear it’s cooked.
5.      Chicken Tikka is ready Enjoy it.
