Ingredients:
- 1 kg beef mince
- 1/2 kg rice ( half Boiled)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tsp red chili powder or as your taste
- 2 tsp Salt or as your taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 tsp garlic ginger paste
- 3 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves, chopped
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
- 6 green chilies
- 2 tsp Garam Masala
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions, when they are light brown in color then add all spices and ginger & garlic paste.
- Add the minced meat and fry for 6-7 minutes over a medium heat.
- Once the mince is nicely fried, mix the tomatoes, add garam masala and add water, and cook it on medium heat till all water dry and mince is cooked.
- In other pan put some oil in bottom and then place cooked mince, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves and cover it with half cooked rice.
- Seal the pan with its cover and put the biryani on dum for 20 minutes.
- Keema Biryani is ready. Enjoy
