Chicken Nuggets


Ingredients:


Boneless chicken (small cube cuts)
Bread Crumbs
Mustard Powder (1 table spoon)
Black pepper (1 table spoon)
Salt to taste
Sugar (1 tea spoon)
Soya sauce (3 table spoon)
Vinegar (1 table spoon

3 eggs
Oil

How to cook:

Mix vinegar, soya sauce, mustard powder, sugar, black pepper and salt.
Add the chicken in the mixture and marinate for 2 to 3 hours.
Dip the chicken piece in beaten eggs then in bread crumbs.
Deep fry the chicken pieces till its color changes to golden brown.
