Ingredients:
- 1 kg Chicken
- 3 big size Onion chopped
- 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
- 3 big size Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
- 1tsp Chilly Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- Coriander leaf finely chopped
- Green Chilies finely chopped
- Half cup Oil
Method:
1.
Washed the chicken and cut into medium pieces.
2.
Heat oil and fry chopped onions till its color golden.
3.
Add tomatoes and fry till it cooks well. Add all Spices
and cooked for 5 mints.
4.
Now add the chicken and cook well on medium fire till
its color is brown, adding water to maintain the gravy covered with lid n
cooked for 10 mints on slow heat.
5.
Garnish with chopped chilies and coriander leaf.
