Dry Chicken Chili


Ingredients:


  • ½ Kg chicken (Boneless) washed & cut into small pieces
  • 10 green Chilies
  • 1 tsp Garlic & Ginger paste
  • 4 tsp Soya sauce
  • 4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 tsp black Pepper or as your taste
  • 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
  • 4 tsp of Oil


Method:


  1. Take a chicken in bowl and add Salt, 2 tsp Soya sauce and 2 tsp Vinegar, mix well and leave for 20 minutes.
  2. Heat the oil in a pan n fry garlic & ginger paste, black pepper and chicken. Fry until its color change.
  3. In a separated frying pan, heat 1 tsp oil and fry the chilies in it. 
  4. Add fried chilies, 2 tsp vinegar, and 2 tsp Soya sauce in fried chicken and covered with lid n cooked for 5 mints on low heat.
  5. Delicious Dry chili chicken is ready.
