Ingredients:
- Garam (Kabuli Chana) half kg (boiled)
- 3 Potatoes big size (boiled n
chopped into cubes)
- 1 big size Onion
- 2 Tomato
- 4 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
- 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Cumin Powder
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- Chopped Coriander Leaves
- 1 to 1½ Lemons (juice)
- Tamarind juice half cup

Method:
- Mix all spices in Tamarind juice.
- Take the boil Chana, potatoes, onion, tomato and green chili and imlii pani and mix well.
- Sprinkle fresh coriander. For
more taste add lemon juice to it.
