Chana Chaat


Ingredients:

  • Garam (Kabuli Chana) half kg (boiled)
  • 3 Potatoes big size (boiled n chopped into cubes)
  • 1 big size Onion
  • 2 Tomato
  • 4 Green Chilies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin Powder
  • 1 tsp Chaat Masala
  • Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 to 1½ Lemons (juice)
  • Tamarind juice half cup (imlii pani)
Method:

  1. Mix all spices in Tamarind juice.
  2. Take the boil Chana, potatoes, onion, tomato and green chili and imlii pani and mix well.
  3. Sprinkle fresh coriander. For more taste add lemon juice to it.
