Chapli Kabab


Ingredients:

  • Minced Beef 250 g
  • Gram flour/Besan 3 tbs
  • Dry cumin seeds 1 tbsp
  • Red Chili powder 2 tbs or as your taste
  • Salt 1 tbs or as your taste
  • Pomegranate seeds (Anardana) 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green Chilies 2 
  • Chopped Onions 1
  • Egg 1
Method:

  1. Take minced beef & add basin in it.
  2. Also add, dry cumin, whole red chilies, & Salt, pomegranate seeds, hara dhanya & green chilies.
  3. Then add chopped onion & an egg, mix them well.
  4. Use hands for thorough mixing. Leave it for one hour.
  5. Finally make round shapes of the mixture & fry it in pre-heated oil.
  6. Delicious Chapli Kababs are ready.
