Ingredients:
- Minced Beef 250 g
- Gram flour/Besan 3
tbs
- Dry cumin seeds 1
tbsp
- Red Chili powder 2 tbs or as
your taste
- Salt 1 tbs or as your taste
- Pomegranate seeds (Anardana) 2
tbsp
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilies 2
- Chopped Onions 1
- Egg 1
Method:
- Take minced beef & add
basin in it.
- Also add, dry cumin, whole
red chilies, & Salt, pomegranate seeds, hara dhanya
& green chilies.
- Then add chopped onion &
an egg, mix them well.
- Use hands for thorough
mixing. Leave it for one hour.
- Finally make round shapes of
the mixture & fry it in pre-heated oil.
- Delicious Chapli Kababs
are ready.
