Ingredients:
- 5-6 Potatoes Medium size
- 1 Onion Chopped
- 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilies as your taste
- 1 tsp Garlic &
ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 3-4 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Cumin seed (zeera)
- ½ tsp Carom Seed (Kalonji)
- ½ Fennel Seed (Saunf)
- 2 Green Chilies finely chopped
- Green Coriander chopped
- 1/2 Cup Oil
Method:
- Boil potatoes and Cut
them into small cubes.
- In another pan heat oil. Add Kalonji and Saunf in it. Fry it.
- After this add the
potatoes and All Spices. Fry for 5 minutes.
- After this add lemon
juice and green chilies in it and cook it with laid for 5 mints.
- Garnish with hara
dhanya and serve hot with garam parathas.
