In large bowl, to beat
sweetened condensed milk and water together until smooth. Add pudding mix; beat
well. Chill until thickened, about 20 min. Fold in whipped cream.

In large skillet over
medium heat sauté apples with butter, brown and white sugars and cinnamon until
tender. Cool completely.
3.
Line bottom of a 12 cup round
glass trifle bowl with slices of pound cake.
4.
Spoon half pudding
mixture over pound cake, and then cover with apples. Repeat one more layer,
reserving a bit of pudding mixture for garnishing the top layer.
5.
