Ingredients:

2 boiled Potatoes Meshed
·
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
·
1 or 2 green Chilies (finely
chopped)
·
Salt as your taste
·
Red Chili powder as your taste
·
Garam masala powder as your taste
·
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
·
Butter/Oil/Ghee
Method:
- For the cover make dough out
of wheat flour (Atta).
- Add all Spices, chopped
Onion, chilies and chopped Coriander leaves to mashed potatoes and mix it
properly.
- Make two small size chapatti, add
the mixture to the one chapatti and cover it with the
second one.
- Now roll it slightly. Place the chapatti over the flat pan (tawa). After a few seconds you will see the Chapatti change color and puff in different places. Then flip the paratha over.
- After a few seconds, spread 1 teaspoon of oil on the paratha. Again, flip the paratha and lightly press the puffed areas with a spatula.
- Flip again and press with the spatula making sure the paratha is golden-brown on both sides.
- You can serve Paratha with
Raita or Achar. Enjoy!
