Fried Fish





Ingredients:


  • Fish 1 kg cut into pieces
  • 1 tsp Salt or as your taste
  • 2 tsp red Chili powder or as your taste
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Gram Masala powder
  • 2 tsp Garlic & Ginger powder
  • 2 tsp of white Vinegar
  • 2 Onion 
  • Oil for frying
 Method:

  1. Grained the onions and add vinegar, salt, chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder and garlic & ginger powder and make smooth paste.
  2. Spread the paste onto the fish pieces and let it marinate for about half an hour.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the fish pieces on both sides till golden brown.
  4. Fried Fish is ready Enjoy it.
