Ingredients
- 1kg yellow peaches peeled
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
- ½ cup vinegar
- ½ cup white sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tsp chili sauce
Method:
- Cut peaches in half. Remove stones and chop flesh.
- Combine peaches, onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sugar and sweet chili sauce and 2 cup water in a 3-liter capacity bowl and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Cooked properly until chutney is thick.
