Fresh peach chutney



Ingredients

  • 1kg yellow peaches peeled
  • 1 small red onion finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 tsp chili sauce

Method:

  1.         Cut peaches in half. Remove stones and chop flesh.
  2.     Combine peaches, onion, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sugar and sweet chili sauce and 2 cup water in a 3-liter capacity bowl and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
  3.     Cooked properly until chutney is thick.
