Ingredients
• ½ kg Chicken (boneless)
• 150 gm Mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup Cream
• 1 cup Milk
• 2 tablespoon Bar.B.Q
• 1 tablespoon Garlic (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 3 tablespoon Lemon juice
• Salt (add to taste)
For Flat-bread:
• 2 cup flour
• Oil
• Salt (add to taste)
How to cook:
For Flat-bread:
Add water and salt in flour and knead the material to form dough.
Make balls and roll out with rolling pin and make shape of chapatti.
Toast the chapatti on pan from both sides.
Spread oil on both sides and fry till golden.
Filling:
Mix the chicken, garlic, B.B.Q sauce, lemon juice, oil and salt and marinate.
Fry it in a wok and place a inflamed coal in center wok on a slice of onion.
Sprinkle a light oil coal cover tightly and leave it for 5-6 mins
Cheese sauce:
Cook the milk with cheese in a wok til the cheese melt and mix in the milk.
Add cream and black pepper in the mixture and cook for 1 to 2 mins.
Then place some chicken on chapatti add cheese sauce and roll to serve.
