Ingredients:
• ½ kg Chicken
• 1- 2 Onion (chopped)
• ¼ cup Cream
• ½ cup Yogurt
• 2 table spoon ginger
• Oil
• ½ cup coconut
• 1-2 Garlic cloves
• 3-4 Green cardamoms
• Salt (add to taste)
• 1 table spoon Mix spices
How to cook:
Make a smooth paste of all spices, garlic cloves, salt, green chili, green cardamom and coconut.
Heat oil and fry the onion then add ginger slices, chicken and fry for few mins.
Add yogurt and cook for 3- 4 minutes.
Add the paste of all spices, garlic cloves, salt, green chili, green cardamom and coconut in chicken.
Cover and cook on low flam till chicken cooked through.
At the end add cream and cook for 2 – 3 minutes and serve.
