Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp shredded cheddar
cheese
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
- 2 tsp Oil
Preparation:
- Place egg, chopped onion, green
onion and tomato and green chili in a bowl.
- Add salt, black pepper and
pepper sauce.
- Whisk until well combined.
- In a pan heat the
oil and add egg mixture (mixture should set immediately at edges) and
let cook on medium heat.
- As eggs set, push cooked
edges toward the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.
- When the eggs are set,
sprinkle cheese over it.
- Fold other side over filling.
- Transfer into a serving
plate.
- Tasty Cheese Omelet is ready.
