Cheese Omelet



Ingredients

  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 tbsp shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 green chili, chopped
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp hot pepper sauce
  • 2 tsp Oil

Preparation:

  1. Place egg, chopped onion, green onion and tomato and green chili in a bowl.
  2. Add salt, black pepper and pepper sauce.
  3. Whisk until well combined.
  4. In a pan heat the oil and add egg mixture (mixture should set immediately at edges) and let cook on medium heat.
  5. As eggs set, push cooked edges toward the center, letting uncooked portion flow underneath.
  6. When the eggs are set, sprinkle cheese over it.
  7. Fold other side over filling.
  8. Transfer into a serving plate.
  9. Tasty Cheese Omelet is ready.
