Ingredients:
Ingredients for Dough:
- 4 cup Whole Wheat flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- ½ tsp cumin seeds
- ½ tsp carom seeds
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
- Water
Ingredients for stuffing:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 onion
- ½ tsp salt or as your taste
- 1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp lemon juice
- Coriander leaves finely chopped
Method:
For Dough
1) Take whole wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, coriander leaves and mix well.
2) Add water slowly and start kneading dough like regular chapatti dough.
3) Cover and keep it for half an hour.
For stuffing
1) Heat oil in a pan, add onion and sauté till it becomes translucent.
2) Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 1 mint.
3) Add chopped green chilies, coriander powder and cook for 2 mints.
4) Break eggs in to onion mixture, quickly mix.
5) Add salt, coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix well.
For Paratha
1) Grease hands with little bit oil and again knead paratha dough for 1 minute just to make it smooth.
2) Make small round ball from dough, deep in flour and roll like a puri.
3) Fell in egg stuffing; close the edges, dust with flour and roll like a paratha.
4) Roast on a skillet till it gets nice golden color from both the sides. Apply oil or ghee from both the sides of paratha while roasting it.
5) Serve with chutney or Raita.
