Sardaai


Ingredient:

100 g Char magaz
100g Khaskhash
12 – 13 almonds
1 liter Milk
Sugar(add taste)

How to make:



Soak the ingredients (almonds, char magaz and khaskhash) sepratly over night
Peel the almonds and grind the the ingredients one by one.
Separate the pulp juice by using thin sieve.
Mix the juice with milk adds sugar and mixes it well.

Note: Some people like it with pulp so you can make it in both ways.
