Achari Aloo


Ingredients:


  • 5-6 Potatoes Medium size 
  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt or as your taste 
  • 1 tsp Red Chilies as your taste
  • 1 tsp Garlic & ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder 
  • 3-4 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Cumin seed (zeera)
  • ½ tsp Carom Seed (Kalonji) 
  • ½ Fennel Seed (Saunf)
  • 2 Green Chilies finely chopped 
  • Green Coriander chopped
  • 1/2 Cup Oil

Method:

    1. Boil potatoes and Cut them into small cubes. 
    2. In another pan heat oil. Add Kalonji and Saunf in it. Fry it.
    3. After this add the potatoes and All Spices. Fry for 5 minutes. 
    4. After this add lemon juice and green chilies in it and cook it with laid for 5 mints. 
    5. Garnish with hara dhanya and serve hot with garam parathas.
