Keema Biryani



Ingredients:

  • 1 kg beef mince
  • 1/2 kg rice ( half Boiled)
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 tsp red chili powder or as your taste
  • 2 tsp Salt or as your taste
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 onions chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic ginger paste
  • 3 tomatoes chopped
  • 1/2 bunch mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves, chopped
  • 6 green chilies
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala


Method:
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onions, when they are light brown in color then add all spices and ginger & garlic paste.
  2. Add the minced meat and fry for 6-7 minutes over a medium heat.
  3. Once the mince is nicely fried, mix the tomatoes, add garam masala and add water, and cook it on medium heat till all water dry and mince is cooked.
  4. In other pan put some oil in bottom and then place cooked mince, green chilies, mint and coriander leaves and cover it with half cooked rice.
  5. Seal the pan with its cover and put the biryani on dum for 20 minutes.
  6. Keema Biryani is ready. Enjoy
