Aloo Ka Paratha


Ingredients:

·        2 boiled Potatoes Meshed
·        1 small Onion (finely chopped)
·        1 or 2 green Chilies (finely chopped)
·        Salt as your taste
·        Red Chili powder as your taste
·        Garam masala powder as your taste
·        Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
·        Butter/Oil/Ghee


Method:
  1.     For the cover make dough out of wheat flour (Atta).
  2.     Add all Spices, chopped Onion, chilies and chopped Coriander leaves to mashed potatoes and mix it properly.
  3.     Make two small size chapatti, add the mixture to the one chapatti and cover it with the second one.
  4.     Now roll it slightly. Place the chapatti over the flat pan (tawa). After a few seconds you will see the Chapatti change color and puff in different places. Then flip the paratha over.
  5.     After a few seconds, spread 1 teaspoon of oil on the paratha. Again, flip the paratha and lightly press the puffed areas with a spatula.
  6.     Flip again and press with the spatula making sure the paratha is golden-brown on both sides.
  7.     You can serve Paratha with Raita or Achar. Enjoy!
