Palak Gosht


Ingredients:

  •  meat-1/2, cleaned,washed and drained
  • Spinach-6 cups, washed and chopped
  • onions-2 medium, sliced
  • salt- 1 tsp
  • red pepper powder-1 tsp
  • turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  • ginger-garlic paste-1 1/2 tsp
  • oil
Method:

  • Mix all the ingredients except the Spinach and pressure cook until the meat gets tender and soft.
  • When the pressure settles, remove the lid and turn up the stove to a high and cook the meat till all the liquid dries up.
  • At this point add the washed spinach and let cook until the leaves get wilted.
  •  While the heat is still high, keep stirring carefully until the meat and the Spinach blend well while the pieces of meat are still intact.
  •  Turn the heat to the slow, cook for 10 minutes.Palak Goshat ready.
