Gulab Jamun


Ingredients:

3 table spoon Flour
1 cup milk powder
1 cup sugar
5-6 table spoon ghee
½ tea spoon baking powder
½ table spoon Cardamum powder

How to Cook:

Mix the dry milk and ghee with hands till it smooth.

Add flour, cardamum powder and baking powder in the mixture and mix it well.
Add cold water as required knead till dough is formed smooth.
Make little balls of dough and leave them for 15 – 20 min.
Then deep fry the balls till its color changes to brown.
Add equal amount of water and sugar in pan and boil them for make one taar sheera.
Dip the balls in sugar solution.
