Fried Rice

Ingredients:

1 cup Boiled Rice
3 Egg
2 Onion
3cloves Garlic 
1-2 Green chili (chopped)
1 Green Capsicum
1 cup Cabbage
1 cup Cucumber
1cup Peas
Black pepper(ground) 1table spoon
Garam masala 1table spoon
Turmeric 1table spoon
Tomato paste 1table spoon
Lemon syrup 2 table spoon
Hot chili sauce 1 table spoon
1 Cashew nut chup
Salt to taste
Coriander Chopped 2 table spoon 
Oil 4 to 5 table spoon

How to cook:

Take a non stick pan and pour oil and add onion in it and when the onions turns  golden then remove it and place the onions on a paper.
After that take another pan and put garlic, green chili, spring onion, capsicum, garam , masala and start frying it.
Now add some turmeric powder, cabbage, cucumber and peas and then cook it approximately for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add egg white and cook it for a while.
After that add tomato paste, lemon syrup and hot chili sauce and cook them well.
Now turn on it high flame and add rice, cashew nut, coriander, black pepper. Then cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
Now dish it out on a plate and   garnish with golden brown onion.
