Crispy Chicken Burger


Ingredients:


1 Chicken piece (boneless)
1 Bun
2 Eggs
1 Tomato
Cucumber
¼ bunch of Ice berg lettuce
2 table spoon flour
2 table spoon rice flour
3 table spoon corn flour
3 table spoon Mayonnaise

Black pepper
Salt to taste
Oil

How to cook:

Add salt in chicken and leave it for some time.
Make a mixture of corn flour, rice flour and plain flour, egg, oil, salt and black pepper. Add some water for make the mixture smooth.
Dip chicken piece in beaten egg coat with plain flour and dip in the mixture.
Coat with plain flour again and dip in mixture.
Deep fry the chicken piece.
Cut the bun from mid and toast from both sides and then spread mayonnaise on bun.
Place chicken between the bun with tomato and cucumber slices and ice berg slice.
Ready to serve.
