Saffron Mango Lassi


Ingredients:


  • 1 Cup Mango pulp
  • 2 cups of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk 
  • Sugar  as your taste
  • Pinch of saffron strands (soaked in warm milk for about 1/2 hr)

Method:

1. Blend yogurt/milk and mango pulp using a hand blender, till it froths.
2. Now add saffron & Sugar and blend it.

Chicken Satay

Ingredients:


·        1 Chicken boneless
·        1/2 cup yogurt
·        1 tsp cumin powder
·         3 fresh red & green chilies
·        1/2 tsp turmeric powder
·         1 tsp garlic paste
·         1 tsp ginger paste
·         1 tsp honey
·         1 tsp Salt or as your taste
·        1/2 tsp black pepper
·        1 tsp cooking oil

Hyderabadi Biryyani


Ingredients:

·         ½ kg Rice
·         ½ kg Chicken
·         1-2 onion
·         1 table spoon Ginger paste
·         1 table spoon Garlic paste
·         4-5 lemons
·         ¼ bunch coriander leaves.
·         5-6 Green chili
·         3-4 whole cardamom
·         1table spoon Red chili
·         1 table spoon black pepper

Mango Salsa


Ingredients:

·         1 Mango
·         2 Green Chili (chopped)
·         ½ Tomato (without seeds)
·         1 cucumber
·         ½ Onion
·         1 table spoon lemon juice
·         ½ table spoon Black pepper
·         Salt (Add to taste)
·         Sugar (a pinch to balance the flavors)

Cold Chocolate Coffee


Ingredients:

·         500g Chocolate
·         1 cup Milk
·         1 table spoon Coffee
·         Cream (Add to taste)
·         Sugar (Add to taste)

How to make:

Almond’s shake


Ingredients:

·         2 liter milk
·         14-15 Almonds (soaked overnight)
·         ½ cup sugar
·         2 cardamom (elaichi)
·         Ice (as desired)
