Lacha Kabab

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg Beef Mince
  • 4 tbsp Corn flour heaped
  • 4-5 Green chilies grinded
  • 3 Red Chilies
  • 2 tbsp Fresh corianders
  • 1 medium size Onion
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • ¼ tsp Green cardamom
  • Coriander leaves chopped
  • 2-4 Green chilies chopped
  • 2 Eggs
  • Oil for deep frying
Instructions
  1.  Boil Beef Mince with 4 cups of water, ginger garlic paste, green chilies grinded, whole button red chilies, white cumin whole and salt.
  2. Cook till Mince tender and water dries completely.
  3. Remove from the heat and cool, take a mixture in a bowl add in a corn flour, chopped coriander and green chilies, eggs 2, mix all very well.
  4.  Now make into long kababs and deep fry.
