Ingredients:
- 1 kg Beef Mince
- 4 tbsp Corn flour heaped
- 4-5 Green chilies grinded
- 3 Red Chilies
- 2 tbsp Fresh corianders
- 1 medium size Onion
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- ¼ tsp Green cardamom
- Coriander leaves chopped
- 2-4 Green chilies chopped
- 2 Eggs
- Oil for deep frying
Instructions
- Boil Beef Mince with 4 cups of water, ginger
garlic paste, green chilies grinded, whole button red chilies, white cumin
whole and salt.
- Cook till Mince tender and water
dries completely.
- Remove from the heat and cool, take a
mixture in a bowl add in a corn flour, chopped coriander and green chilies,
eggs 2, mix all very well.
- Now make into long kababs and deep fry.
