Tandoori Fish


Ingredients

  • 1 kg fish
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp red chill powder
  • 2 garlic & ginger pate
  • Half cup yogurt
  • 4 tbsp oil

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the fish.
  2. Apply salt, lemon juice, curds, chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, and marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Place on the grill and cook applying butter or oil on both sides until nice and brown.
  4. Serve hot. Garnish with tomato slices, onion rings and lemon slices.
