Ingredients
- 1 kg fish
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp red chill powder
- 2 garlic & ginger pate
- Half cup yogurt
- 4 tbsp oil
Method:
- Clean and wash the fish.
- Apply salt, lemon juice, curds, chili powder, garam masala powder, ginger garlic paste, and marinate for 1 hour.
- Place on the grill and cook applying butter or oil on both sides until nice and brown.
- Serve hot. Garnish with tomato slices, onion rings and lemon slices.
