Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh yogurt chilled
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 4 Pistas (Pistachio)
- 2 drops pista essence
- 1 tsp hot milk
- ½ cup crushed ice
Method:
- Coarsely grind Pista.
- Dissolve sugar in curd.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Blend well in an electric blender.
- The Pista lassi is ready. Serve well chilled.
