Pista Lassi


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups fresh yogurt chilled 
  • 1 tsp sugar 
  • ½ tsp cardamom 
  • 4 Pistas (Pistachio) 
  • 2 drops pista essence 
  • 1 tsp hot milk
  • ½ cup crushed ice

Method:

  1. Coarsely grind Pista.
  2. Dissolve sugar in curd.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. Blend well in an electric blender.
  4. The Pista lassi is ready. Serve well chilled.
