Baked Fish

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices of fish (whitefish or trout)
  • 1 tsp salt or as your taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic & ginger powder, for sprinkling
  • 1/2 tsp paprika, for sprinkling
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  1. Sprinkle fish lightly with salt on all sides. 
  2. Sprinkle with ginger garlic powder and paprika, lemon juice. 
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour. 
  4. Cover and microwave on high for 8–9 minutes. 
  5. Let stand covered for 5 to 7 minutes. 
  6. Serve warm, Enjoy.
