Ingredients:
- 2 slices of fish (whitefish or trout)
- 1 tsp salt or as your taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic & ginger powder, for sprinkling
- 1/2 tsp paprika, for sprinkling
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- Sprinkle fish lightly with salt on all sides.
- Sprinkle with ginger garlic powder and paprika, lemon juice.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Cover and microwave on high for 8–9 minutes.
- Let stand covered for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serve warm, Enjoy.
