Ingredients:
• 1kg Chicken (boneless)
• 1 cup plain Flour
• ½ Cup Self rising Flour
• Salt (add to taste)
• Black pepper (add to taste)
How to cook:
Cut small piece of chicken.
Add Self rising flour, salt and black pepper and chicken in a bowl.
Add some water and mix them well.
In another bowl add plain flour, salt black pepper and a pinch of garam masalato taste.
Now coat the chicken in plain flour mixture and deep fry till golden.
Enjoy with ketchup or chatni.
