Ingredients:
• ½ cup Wheat
• 1 cup Semolina (sooji)
• 1 table sp Oil
• ½ table sp Salt
For filling:
• 2 boiled Potato’s
• 1 cup Boiled chickpea
For Chutney:
• 50gm Imlee
• 2-3 Plum (aloo Bukhara)
• ½ table sp Salt
• 1 table sp Chilli Powder
For Pani:
• ½ Table sp Gram massala
• 3 cups Imlee water
• ¾ table sp Black salt
• 1 table sp Sugar
• Salt (add to taste)
• 1 table sp Chilli Powder
How to make:
Mix the wheat, sooji with Salt and Oil and knead it well.
Roll and stretch the dough and cut it in round shape cutter and fry.
Chutney:
Grind the Plum and the pulp of Imlee with sugar, water, salt and chilli powder.
For Pani:
Mix salt, chilli powder, black salt, garam masala and sugar with imlee water.
U can also add ½ tea sp of tatri or Aam-chur powder to make it extra sour according to taste.
Puncture the puri fill it with potato’s and chick peas and serve with chutney and water.
