Chicken Tandoori Tikka Boti

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg Chicken boneless (cut into cubes)
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 4 tsp Yogurt
  • 2 tsp Cream
  • 2 tsp Butter
  • 3 tsp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Whole black cumin seeds
  • ¾ tsp Crushed black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Green chili paste

Method:

  1. Mix all ingredients and leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Skew on skewers and place in greased pan.
  3. Bake on preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
  4. Chicken Tandoori Tikka Boti is ready. Serve hot.
