Ingredients:
- ½ kg Chicken boneless (cut into cubes)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 4 tsp Yogurt
- 2 tsp Cream
- 2 tsp Butter
- 3 tsp Cheddar cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Whole black cumin seeds
- ¾ tsp Crushed black pepper
- 1 tbsp Green chili paste
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and
leave for 15 minutes.
- Skew on skewers and place in greased
pan.
- Bake on preheated oven on 180 degree centigrade for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Chicken Tandoori Tikka Boti is ready. Serve hot.
