Ingredients:
For Crust:
- 1 Cup brown rice flour
- ¾ Cup almond meal
- ¾ Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 Cup tapioca flour
- 1/2 Cup margarine
For Filling:
- 1 ½ Cups Creamer
- 1 ½ Cups Semi- Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 12 Ounce dark Chocolate bar, chopped
- 2 tsp pure Vanilla extract
Preheat Oven 350
Preparation:
- In a bowl whisk together all crust ingredients and add margarine and stir well to form soft dough.
- Press dough 1-inch deep into the bottom and sides of an ungreased, 9-inch tart pan with a removable bottom.
- Bake 10 minutes, or until slightly puffed.
- Allow to cool completely on a wire rack, then remove outer ring.
- Bring creamer to a boil in a pan on medium heat. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, stirring until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
- Cover and chill in refrigerator for 1 hour.
