Mango Kheer


Ingredients:


Mangoes (cube cut)
1/4 packet Vermicelli (Sawaiyan)
1 liter Milk (boiled)
1 ½  cup Sugar
1 cup Reduced whole milk (khoyya)
Almonds (as required)
Oil


How to cook:


Boil milk and add sugar in it.
Fry vermicelli for 3 – 4 mins.
Add vermicelli in boiled milk and cook and mix them well.
Cook for 6- 7 min. and then leave it to cool
Add mangoes, reduced whole milk (khoyya) and almonds and mix them well.
