Ingredients:
- 1 kg Raw
     mangoes 
- 2 liters
     water
- 1 ½  kg Sugar 
- 2 tsp Green
     cardamom seeds, crushed 
- 1 tsp Saffron
     (zafran)
- 15 Almonds,
     blanched and slivered
Preparation:
 
- Wash, peel, cut the mangoes into cubes. Place the mango cubes in a pan,
add two cups of water and cover and cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Now heat sugar with six cups of water in a pan
and prepare sugar syrup of one string consistency.
- Now add the cooked mango cubes in this syrup and cook for 5
minutes.
- Now add crushed green cardamom seeds, saffron and almonds
and cook on the low heat till the mixture is thick.
- Remove from the heat and cool. Tasty Muraba ready Enjoy.
